I. Overview

This Agreement constitutes the rights and obligations agreed upon between the user and XHY Exhibition Inc. regarding the use of the Platform. It applies to all individuals or organizations that access, register, log in to, or use the Platform (hereinafter referred to as “Users”).

“The Services” refer to the series of online services provided by the Company to Users in accordance with this Agreement, which currently include supporting users in hotel reservation and other exhibition-related ancillary services. The specific scope of services may be adjusted in line with business developments and shall be subject to what is displayed on the Platform.

The content of this Agreement includes the main body hereof as well as various management rules, operating guidelines, privacy policies, and other supplementary documents formulated and published by the Company in accordance with the law. Once published, such documents form an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect. Users may access the latest versions via relevant Platform pages.

Users confirm that they possess the corresponding civil capacity when entering into this Agreement. In the case of persons without or with limited civil capacity, their use of the Services shall be authorized, approved, or ratified by their legal guardians, who shall bear all legal liabilities arising from improper use.

II. Account Registration and Management

Before using the Platform, Users must register an “XHY Exhibition Account” with their mobile phone number under real-name verification. Each mobile number may only be associated with one valid account. Numbers that have already been registered or blocked may not be reused.

Users agree that the Company may use their mobile phone numbers and corresponding device identifiers (such as IMEI, MAC address, IP address, etc.) as important bases for identity verification, anti-cheating measures, and risk control.

The ownership of a successfully registered account belongs to XHY Exhibition Inc. Users only have the lawful right to use the account during the validity of this Agreement. Without the Company’s prior written consent, Users may not transfer, gift, lease, lend, sell, or share their accounts with any third party in any form, nor may they use technical means to register large quantities of fraudulent accounts.

Users shall properly safeguard their login credentials (username, password, verification codes, etc.). Any information leakage, unauthorized use, or losses resulting from improper safekeeping shall be borne by the User. The Company recommends regular password updates and enabling two-factor authentication for enhanced security.

The Company has the right to require Users to complete real-name authentication and provide true, accurate, complete, and lawful identification information. If such information changes (e.g., contact details, identification information), the User shall update it promptly. The User shall bear any consequences resulting from inaccurate information or failure to update, including inability to contact or delays in dispute resolution.

For any conduct that violates laws and regulations, this Agreement, or the Company’s rules, the Company may, depending on the severity, issue warnings, restrict features, freeze accounts, permanently ban accounts, or block devices, without prior notice. For suspected criminal acts, the Company reserves the right to report to public security authorities and cooperate with investigations.

Users who need to cancel their accounts may submit an application through the official channels published on the Platform. The Company will, after verifying the User’s identity, settling outstanding orders, and clearing virtual assets, process the cancellation in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

III. Protection of Users’ Personal Information

During registration and use of the Services, Users may be required to provide necessary personal information (such as name, ID number, mobile number, email address, travel preferences, etc.). The Company undertakes to strictly comply with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Cybersecurity Law, and other applicable laws when collecting, storing, using, processing, transmitting, providing, and disclosing Users’ personal information.

The Company will only use Users’ personal information under the following circumstances:

  2. To fulfill statutory obligations, such as assisting judicial authorities and responding to regulatory directives;
  3. To improve service quality, including data analysis, system optimization, and risk control;
  4. For other purposes expressly authorized by the User.

The Company will not sell, share, or illegally disclose Users’ personal information to unrelated third parties unless otherwise authorized by the User or required by law.

Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal information, and may withdraw authorization or cancel their accounts. Specific procedures are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Kind reminder: The Privacy Policy separately formulated by the Company constitutes an integral part of this Agreement. Users should read it carefully.
